Herrington Marketing is located in the South Main Arts District in downtown Memphis, TN. Full of culture and growth, South main is the perfect area for young entrepreneurs to invest their time and energy. In the past year, many new shops and galleries have opened up along the street with most centered around the Arcade restaurant and Central Station. Mode du Jour, my wife’s boutique, is one of these shops that is making a go at the South Main experience. Her store is coupled with 4 or 5 other clothing stores and multiple restaurants and galleries. The best time to come and visit would have to be trolley night which happens on the last Friday of every month. That night, all of the businesses open their doors and serve beer and wine to patrons from 6-9pm. To put it simply, it’s an artsy street festival with free alcohol.
