As vice president of the South Main Association, I try and participate in as many events in the district as I can, but there are always a few that require special attention. When this event came about, I knew that there was no way I could let this pass. As an avid hot wing consumer, I saw a hot wing cooking contest that benefited the Ronald McDonald House in Memphis, as a must do situation. This year, the Annual Hot Wing Contest will be held on April 26th, in front of Central Station on South Main. It is my hope that the Shops and Galleries of South Main will sponsor my team which will provide much needed exposure to the shopping destination concept we are trying to brand in the district. With all the proceeds going to The Ronald McDonald House, this will be a very beneficial event to attend. Please come out to the event and suuport this great local charity!

Oh and eat some wings and drink some beer as you watch my team wipe the pavement with the rest of the competition!
