Mosquito Misting Systems are gaining popularity in the Memphis area. With the humid climate and abundant water sources, mosquitos thrive throughout the midsouth. Yard Guard Inc. is the local dealer for Mist Away mosquito misting system. City Storm Media and Aden Technologies developed a new website for this local Memphis company, and the looked to Herrington Marketing to develop the Search Engine Optimization. Check out their new website to learn how one small Memphis company has found the solution to stopping those pesky Tennessee mosquitos dead in their tracks.

We had the unique opportunity this past Sunday to participate in a photo shoot for Mode du Jour’s winter collection. The location for the shoot was on South Main in downtown Memphis. We chose the courtyard behind Bluff City Coffee as the backdrop because it provided several very different backdrops for the shots. Emilee, the store’s owner chose to use longtime friends to model her clothes and Herrington Marketing provided the photography. We are in the process of redesigning Mode’s website and these pictures will be included in the redesign. Please check back as we will be posting some of the pictures once they are edited.

The Center City Commission is a nonprofit organization with the responsibility of helping downtown businesses, strategic urban planning, organizing beautification projects, and helping overall urban growth for the downtown area.

The Riverfront Development Corporation is an organization with the goal of planning and implementing projects to enhance the Memphis downtown riverfront.

The South main association is the neighborhood association of the South Main Historic Arts District in the South End of downtown Memphis.

The Farmer’s market is a relatively new project in the South Main Historic Arts District. It’s goal is to bring fresh, sustainable produce to an urban environment in a way which helps local farmers and promotes health and good nutrition. It is located next to the historic Central Station train station which still is the Memphis station for Amtrak trains from Chicago to New Orleans.

Herrington Marketing is developing the website for the 420 S. Front Condos in Memphis, TN. This condo building is being sold by the Downtown Condo Connection which is part of the Kendall Haney Realty Group. They are located in the South Main Historic Arts District right around the corner from Mode du Jour, another Herrington Marketing client. We are excited about finishing this project and helping Kendall Haney sell more condos to grow the Arts District. Downtown Memphis is an exciting place to live and work right now and Herrington Marketing is happy to be a part of that growth.
